About

I work as a therapist with a strong commitment to helping people strengthen their mental well-being and move toward meaningful personal change. My areas of focus include OCD, anxiety, and disordered eating, and I find deep purpose in supporting individuals as they work through these difficulties and rebuild a sense of confidence and self-direction.

My path into this profession was shaped by my own experiences in therapy, which have played an important role in my life for many years. Those experiences not only guided my decision to become a therapist, but continue to influence how I practice today. I believe that ongoing self-work matters, and I remain actively engaged in my own therapeutic process because it helps me stay grounded, self-aware, and present with the people I support.
